The Nutrition course includes education on Calories, Macronutrients and Micronutrients, Meal Planning, Preparation, and Tracking, and is tailored for today's busy lifestyles.
The Fitness course includes education on Endurance (aerobic), Resistance (weights), and Flexibility Training, Program Design and Scheduling, and tailored to improve performance.
Nutrition and/or Fitness Counseling is available for clients with specific goals or those preparing for an event (vacation, wedding) or competition (running, cycling) in the near future.
