Phil Anderson is not your typical Wellness Consultant. As a former nationally ranked endurance athlete, Phil Anderson has completed two fifty-mile ultramarathons, over a dozen marathons, and more than 100 running events. He has also bicycled over 10,000 miles in his career, and through that effort has raised tens of thousands of dollars for charitable causes. As an athlete living with type-2 diabetes, he has a vast knowledge of nutrition and personal training, and over twenty years of experience in creating plans for successful weight management. He specializes in motivation, time management, and optimizing for efficiency.
While I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I don't hold a clipboard, count to ten, and yell at you. What I do is educate my clients about the principles of exercise, find appropriate fitness activities based on their input, and design programs and plans so they can successfully reach their goals.
While I can't "prescribe" what my clients should eat, as an ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, I have the ability to educate my clients about the principles of nutrition, help with menu creation based on their input, and design programs and plans so they can successfully reach their goals.
